Financial advisor to BU Bregal Unternehmerkapital in the acquisition of SwipBox

ATRIUM Partners served as exclusive financial advisor to BU Bregal Unternehmerkapital (“BU”) in the acquisition of SwipBox International A/S.

SwipBox is a Danish technology company founded in Sønderborg, specializing in smart, automated parcel lockers for last-mile delivery. Through its patented APL technology, SwipBox has become the Nordic market leader in parcel lockers. The company’s latest product line features a lifespan of more than 10 years before battery replacement and operates independently of internet connectivity. SwipBox serves some of the world’s largest logistics companies, and its solutions are deployed globally.
