ATRIUM acted as exclusive financial advisor to Logis Solutions A/S in the sale to ESO, backed by Vista Equity Partners and Accel-KKR.

Logis is a Danish software company and a global provider of computer-aided dispatch (CAD), logistics and billing software serving emergency medical services (EMS), fire departments, emergency communications, and hospitals.

Logis was founded in 2000 and is present in a number of countries in Europe and North America as well as in Australia and New Zealand.

ESO was founded in the U.S. in 2004 and serves a number of customers in North America with a broad suite of software solutions within emergency medical services, fire department, emergency communications and hospitals.

ESO and Logis will form a strong player with a broad range of solutions aimed at improving health and safety through the power of data.
