ATRIUM Partners appoints new partner
ATRIUM Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of a new partner, Christian Bonde Jacobsen, as of August 1st 2025.
Christian Bonde Jacobsen, 45, holds a Master of Science in Business Administration (cand.merc.) from Copenhagen Business School. He possesses extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on the IT and software sectors.
For the past six years, Christian served as Vice President, Head of M&A at EG A/S, where he was responsible for numerous acquisitions and divestitures of software companies.
Prior to his role at EG A/S, Christian gained 11 years of experience as a Corporate Finance advisor at HSH Nordbank, SEB, and Nordea. He also worked in A.P. Møller-Mærsk’s M&A department.
His career demonstrates a strong track record in originating and executing M&A transactions across various industries, with significant expertise in the IT and software domains.
