Advisor to Aldes Group in the acquisition of Exhausto

ATRIUM acted as financial advisor to French-based Aldes Group in the acquisition of Danish Exhausto from VKR Holding and private equity fund Axcel. ATRIUM worked closely with Wagram Corporate Finance; a collaboration that was facilitated by ATRIUM's international network MiCap Alliance.

Aldes Group is a family-owned group that develops and manufactures ventilation and thermal comfort technology systems. Aldes has more than 1,250 employees and 17 subsidiaries in 13 countries.

Exhausto produces and markets products and systems for comfort ventilation for buildings primarily targeting the Nordic and German markets. Since 2013, Exhausto has been owned by VKR Holding and Axcel.

With the acquisition of Exhausto, Aldes will gain a stronger presence in the Nordics and Germany while expanding their product portfolio. Moreover, Aldes expects to realize significant operational synergies.

In a competitive auction process, ATRIUM and Wagram Corporate Finance acted as exclusive financial advisor to Aldes.
