The Bluestar PLM solution connects engineering data from CAD with enterprise data in ERP, solving specific needs for manufacturers worldwide operating in Engineer-to-order (ETO), Configure-to-order (CTO), and repetitive manufacturing.

Volpi Capital is a London-based private equity firm investing in high growth, tech-enabled B2B businesses across Northwest Europe, focusing on core business software, cloud and application services, and smart mobility solutions. Founded in 2016, Volpi Capital successfully closed its third fund in July 2024.

With the acquisition, Volpi Capital becomes the strategic partner for Bluestar PLM, supporting the next phase of its global expansion.
