ATRIUM Partners served as exclusive financial advisor to BU Bregal Unternehmerkapital (“BU”) in the acquisition of Uniconta A/S.

Uniconta is a cloud-based “all-in-one” accounting and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for small and medium-sized businesses, holding a leading position in Denmark and an expanding international presence, particularly in Germany and the Netherlands, both of which represent significant growth opportunities. Founded in 2015 by Erik Damgaard, co-founder of Navision (sold to Microsoft in 2002), Uniconta offers a flexible, fully cloud-based SaaS solution that offers a highly customizable user experience. With users in 67 countries and support for 26 languages, Uniconta is well positioned for further international growth.
