ATRIUM acted as exclusive financial advisor to the Swedish private equity firm Segulah in the sale of KP Components to a consortium comprised of private investors, current minority shareholders and management.

KP Components is a supplier, that has its focus in machining of complex metal parts. As a result of its long track record in the machining industry, KP has become a market leader in complex components to among others the hydraulic, wind, process, marine and offshore industries, with a significant process offering as part of its one-stop-shop services.

The company is present in Denmark, the US and Sweden, with an annual revenue of approx. DKK 680 million and with an EBITDA of approx. DKK 60 million.

Having been the majority shareholder of KP Components since 2014, Segulah sells its entire holdings as part of the transaction.
