Spica Technology maintains strong, long-standing relationships with OEMs such as Vestas and Siemens, component suppliers such as KK Wind Solutions and Svendborg Brakes, developers such as Vattenfall and Eurowind Energy as well as strategic partners such as Semco and Procon.

Ernströmgruppen is a privately-held, Swedish industrial conglomerate comprising more than 50 companies. The group has net sales of approx. SEK 4.6b and an EBITDA of approx. SEK 625m.

Spica Technology will become part of the group's business division “Automation & Electrification”.
