ATRIUM has adviced Alfred Priess in connection with the acquisition of Intego Shelters from the Intego group.
ATRIUM has adviced Alfred Priess in connection with the acquisition of Intego Shelters from the Intego group.
Alfred Priess is operating within the 3 business areas lighting columns, steel constructions and equipment shelters where the latter is the largest area in the group.
Equipment shelters cover the segments for transformer stations, isolated and non-isolated shelters. The products are used in the power and water distribution infrastructure as well as in the transportation sector and are sold directly to utilities or to contractors.
With the takeover of the activities within Intego Shelters, Alfred Priess is strengthening its market position and is now the clear number one in the Nordic market. At the same time Alfred Priess will realise significant synergies by consolidating its manufacturing.
