Biogas Express is a Danish energy company, specialised in the distribution of 100% fossil free energy forms. The company acts as an energy trader for biogas manufacturers, trading energy certificates on the international market.
The Fremsyn Group among others consists of production and sale of biogas, advisory services related to the establishment of biogas plants, as well as a software system for analysis, tracing and certification of biomasses.
Before the transaction, 1/3 of Biogas Express was already held by the Fremsyn Group. The company will change its name to BioGem in connection with the transaction.
ATRIUM assisted the Fremsyn Group in negotiations as well as in obtaining financing to fund the transaction.
