ATRIUM Partners has acted as financial advisor to Fremsyn Holding in connection with the acquisition of Thorsø Miljø- og Biogasanlæg.
Thorsø Miljø- og Biogasanlæg was built in 1994 and produces biogas, which is sold through the natural gas grid as well as to Thorsø District Heating.
The Fremsyn Group includes, among other things, biogas production and sales, consultancy services for the construction of biogas plants, and a software system for the analysis, tracking, and certification of biomass.
With the acquisition of Thorsø Miljø- og Biogasanlæg, the Fremsyn Group now owns two operating biogas plants with two additional plants under construction.
