Advisor to Globus Wine on the establishment of a partnership with Credo Partners

ATRIUM acted as exclusive financial advisor to the owners of Globus Wine in relation to the establishment of a partnership with Credo Partners, a Norwegian private equity fund.

Globus Wine is a Danish-based supplier of wine to retailers and HoReCa players in the Nordics as well as in the Danish-German border region. Globus Wine imports bulk wine from all over the world, which is then bottled or filled in Bag-In-Box packaging at the company's modern production facilities close to Copenhagen. The company offers a range of own branded products as well as private label wines, and works as a value-adding partner for both retailers and HoReCa players in developing the wine category.

Globus Wine was founded in 2006 and has grown each year since inception. The five owners will continue in the company going forward while retaining significant ownership.

In collaboration with the management team, Credo Partners will strengthen the organization, accelerate the development of wine concepts while growing the business in new geographies.
