ESO was founded in the U.S. in 2004 and serves a number of customers in North America with a broad suite of software solutions within emergency medical services, fire department, emergency communications and hospitals.

ESO and Logis will form a strong player with a broad range of solutions aimed at improving health and safety through the power of data.
