TimeMap is a Danish software company that offers Workforce Management solutions across verticals such as production, manufacturing, and professional services. TimeMap's cloud-native platform supports the full workflow of its customers, including time & attendance, shift planning and payroll calculation. With 50,000 daily users spread across 500 companies in 19 different countries, TimeMap is one of Denmark's leading time tracking systems.

TimePlan is a leading Workforce Management software provider in the Nordics. The company has 67 employees across offices in Denmark, Norway, and Finland and is serving +650 customers across Europe.

Since 2022, TimePlan has been backed by MAIN Capital Partners. MAIN is a leading software investor in the DACH, Benelux, the Nordics and the US, with more than EUR 2.2 billion assets under management and maintains an active portfolio of +40 software companies.

The acquisition of TimeMap will allow TimePlan to expand into new verticals while further solidifying TimePlan's leading position in the Danish market. The combined group will serve more than 1,000 customers throughout Europe with a strong foothold in the Nordics, a region with some of the world's most complex labor legislation.
