ATRIUM advised the Aarhus Universitets Forskningsfond in order to secure an investment strategy allowing the fund to achieve its goal of being an evergreen fund with annual donations of around DKK 100 m.
ATRIUM advised the Aarhus Universitets Forskningsfond in order to secure an investment strategy allowing the fund to achieve its goal of being an evergreen fund with annual donations of around DKK 100 m.
The Fund's primary activities comprise ownership of Auriga/Cheminova, a property portfolio in and around Aarhus University as well as a number of investments in venture capital funds.
In the preparation of the investment strategy, ATRIUM prepared an economic assessment of the value of the fund's underlying assets and the current asset allocation, and made numerous recommendations to the future investment, allocation and asset management strategy, including debt management.
