Advisor to ARTHA in the merger with Scope Investment

ATRIUM Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to ARTHA in connection with the merger with Scope Investment.

Artha was founded by Jan Severin Sølbæk and Brian Kudsk in 2008 and has since its establishment experienced solid growth, delivering market-leading returns. Artha has also been a pioneer in alternative investments for wealthy Danish investors with its investments in Artha Selection.

Scope Investment was founded by Jonas Melchior in 2016 and has since evolved as an innovative asset manager in the management of stocks, bonds and alternative investments. Scope has delivered high net returns in unlisted loans, predominantly in real estate. Additionally, Scope Investment has established partnerships with leading global private equity funds, allowing Danish investors to co-invest through Danish feeder funds.

After the merger, the combined company will operate as a Multi-Family Office, expanding its long-standing relationships with wealthy families, businesses and funds in Denmark, by delivering individual solutions, high service and returns. Following the merger, the company will consist of 42 employees and approximately DKK 24 billion in assets under management (AUM).
