Lampas/Veksø are leading suppliers of outdoor lighting and urban furniture in the Nordic region. The company employs over 140 employees in Fredericia, has robust earnings and a strong growth strategy for both the domestic and export markets. The company’s turnover in 2007 was approx. DKK 130 m and had an EBITDA of DKK 35 m.

With the acquisition of Lampas/Veksø, NRgi strengthens its competencies within energy efficient street lighting and high quality urban furniture. NRgi also contributes significant competencies to Lampas / Veksø that can help accelerate their growth strategy. Furthermore, Lampas / Veksø can benefit from cooperation with NRgi’s existing businesses such as EL CON, TTS and LED Traffic by incorporating solar technology in the development of urban furniture.
