Danisco Sugar is one of Europe’s largest sugar producers. Following the acquisition of Danisco by IFF, Nordzucker acquired Danisco Sugar’s activities in the European countries Denmark, Belgium, Sweden, Lithuania and Germany.
Nordzucker is one of the largest sugar producers in Europe with significant activities in Germany, France, Belgium, and Poland, and the acquisition strengthened Nordzucker’s leading position as a sugar producer in Northern Europe.
ATRIUM’s role in this transaction has been to perform due diligence, valuation and advising on the overall transaction and acquisition strategy.
