Zone is Scandinavia's leading supplier of interior products for home ware, furniture and lifestyle stores under the renowned brands Zone Denmark and Galzone. Zone is a trade and design company exporting to 35 countries with 15 franchise stores mainly situated in the Middle East, Asia and Southern Europe.

Procuritas is looking to take advantage of the existing market position to achieve further growth by creating a strong international brand and a chain of franchise stores in and outside of Europe.

ATRIUM worked as exclusive financial advisor to the owners of Zone and managed to ensure a favorable sale of the company via a controlled auction involving many bidders.
